Inconel™600 alloy powder
Description:
It has good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700 ℃. Particularly outstanding performance is its ability to resist dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion, and the application temperature can reach 650°C. At high temperatures, the annealed and solution-treated alloys have good oxidation resistance and high strength in the air.
The alloy can also resist ammonia gas, nitriding, and carburizing atmosphere, but the alloy will be corroded by partial oxidation media when the redox conditions alternately change.
Application field:
lStructural parts of aeroengine
lProduction and use of corrosive alkali metals, especially the environment where sulfides are used
lnuclear reactor
lPetrochemical
