Fe-Co alloy powder
Description:
Iron cobalt alloy powder is a kind of soft magnetic powder containing about 50% cobalt. Sometimes, 1.4-1.8% vanadium (V) is usually added in order to improve the processability, so it is also called FeCoV soft magnetic alloy powder. Iron cobalt alloy powder has very high saturation flux density Bs (2.4t) and Curie temperature (980 ~ 1100 ℃), which is suitable for making aviation electrical appliances (micro motor, electromagnet, relay, etc.) with light weight, small volume and high working temperature.
Application field:
l Used for a variety of soft magnetic powder cores;
l Used for magnetic rings;
l Used for integrated inductors;
l Used for inverter reactors;
l Used for magnetic sheets;
l Used for special-shaped magnetic materials;
l Used for absorbing materials, etc.
Recommended layer thickness: 15μm, 20μm, 30μm, 40μm, 50μm
Note: If the alloy powder has moisture absorption, or the storage period exceeds 3 months, it should be used before
Carry out drying treatment (150℃, heat preservation for 2 hours)
